I call them END Time Ultimatums or warnings.In the end times things are going to be pretty challenging, dangerous or ultimately definitive of the end of the age.II Timothy3 is a great guide to some of the things that are associated with the end times. “lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self control, brutal, despisers of good, traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure more than lovers of God, having a form of godliness but denying the power thereof .”verses 1-5.These and more are End Time Ultimatums friends.

Easter is cool.It’s a great Word!But there is a messege beyond Easter.What is that messege?The Rapture of the Church coupled with the evangelistic messege that must be preached to warn the world not to ignore the present day End Time warnings (ultimatums)that are catalystically exacerbating global crises.

            Today in the world, there is a “Power Demonstration Vacuum.”Preachers and churches are preaching dead sermons while politicians are legislating dead laws that must favour evil or immorality.Laws are no longer meant to protect what is right but to back and unthenticate evil.Petiness is becoming more pertinet as time is spent on meaningless ventures while money is spent on that which does not profit.

           What has gone wrong in the world today? You may ask.Well ,what is the nature of the real crisis in the world today?What is the real crisis even in the church world today?Is it the crisis of the weather, tornadoes, hurricanes, earthquakes or global warming that really is the issue?No, the real crisis of the world today is associated with the crisis of hearing  and doing the WORD of God.The WORD of God is what framed our world in the first place.(Gen.1;John 1:1-3).The WORD  is the substance out of which everything  came. “In the begining God created….”The source of all existence therefore is God and the method of creation is His spoken WORD .Whenever He said “Let there be,” the thing that He spoke into existence was made or created.

            The WORD of God therefore is our sustenance today because we came from the material of the WORD.God upholds everything by the word of his power through His Son Jesus[Heb.1:3].Implicitly God the father has invested His power in His Son Jesus Christ, “Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature: For by Him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by Him, and for Him: And He is before all things, and by Him all things consist….that in all things He may have the preeminence.”(Colosians1:15-18). We as humans and creatures of His creation which has been created by the WORD can never make it without the thing that created us -THE WORD!.
               What then is the true characteristic of  the WORD of God?Power!The power of God..God Himself is the WORD.His power created everything.Now God is a moral God.[ISamuel 2:2-10].We can therefore never operate in His power without morality.God is Love.[IJohn 4:8]. We can never therefore operate in His power without love. Neither is there any power on the earth that is greater than Love nor moral power.In Mattews 14:14, the bible says, “And Jesus went forth , and saw a great multitude, and was moved with compassion toward them, and He healed their sick.”The power to heal was as a result of what i call the mandatory power  which according to this text is Love or compassion.Or we can say the mandatory power of God manifested the miraculous power of God.Here now we can spell out the four areas where there is a power demonstration vacuum whether it be in the church, the world or the government if that is the place.i.The Moral Power, ii.The Mandatory Power (Love), iii.The Miraculous Power and the iv.Monitory Power.

                 Therefore, not even the today’s economic crisis in the world is  the real crisis in the manner we may want to look at it.The real crisis in our world is the moral crisis associated with a lack of Love, passion for God and fellow mankind, greed and selfishness coupled with immorality just to emphasise. Neither the lack of the miraculous power demonstration nor monitory power  manifestation in the church is the real issue, the issue is our departure from God, godly values and His fear.The collapse of the economy in the world in general may not always be the number one problem though it may be.The real problem could and might as well be as a result of moral decadence.Abortion, homosexuality, pornography and prostituition, rampart divorce,teen pregnancy, violence and suicide, sexually transmited diseases, lawlessness etc can not only claim a share of economic resources, but God our creator and father does hate these vices.If God is our father, creator and source, does violating His commandments not affect us as humans socially and even economically?
                   According to David Barton, since prayer and ten commandments were removed from school, all the above evils and more have swung the pendulum of chaos and crisis on the increase in every sector of society.Simply stated, “our departure from godly morals and values has increased evil in our world.”Is this one of the reasons why our economy has been tardy?Well, a failure in moral power will one way or another affect monitory power.[Joshua 1:6-8].Joshua was commanded by the LORD to keep the “book of the law”in his mouth day and night in order to do what was in it.He was not to turn from it to the right or left hand.That right here is the condition that God gave Joshua for prosperity and good success wherever he went to.It does not matter where you go, what city or country you live in.What matters is your keeping the WORD of God for there to be prosperity and success.No other secret works!Success and prosperity comes from the WORD of God synonymous with the moral aspect of the fear and the Love of God.Cool!Deutronomy 28 is another bomb shell!From verse 1 to 15 of this chapter, the book reveals the blessings of diligently hearkening unto the voice of the LORD and obeying His commandments.Then the book elaborates the curses of disobeying the commandments of the LORD from verse 16 all the way to verse 68.

                  Nothing beats this folks.There is neither miraculous power nor is there monitory power without the moral and the mandatory (Love) power aspect of it.Amen!This then is what am calling, “The Power Demonstration Vacuum.”When we get broke we get powerless and weak.When we cannot move in the miraculous power of God we lose out because we either are morally weak or passionately dead!

What Really matters in today’s global crises?I call it crises instead of crisis because we got before us multiple crises that have made the globe twist and turn in awe, wonder and agony.Someone might be  saying Lawrence, nothing is really infecting me as a person.Well ,if nothing is infecting you, you still are gonna be affected by today’s global crises one way or another.The bible indicates that everybody upon the earth is gonna be affected by the things that are going to happen on the globe in these end times.Luke 21.By the way if things neither do infect nor affect you, someone else that you love is either being infected or indirectly affected by the today’s global events associated with not only earthquakes and hurricanes but also tornadoes, civil and political unrest and upheavals, economic collapse and religious intolerance, radicalism, extremism and strife, leading up to terrorism.

Just a few months ago Japan was hit by the worst earthquake in that nations history measuring 9.0 magnitude undersea.Waw! what a work up call!

-Insurance costs for the quake alone pegged at $35 billion according to Boston based AIR World.This then makes Japans Earthquake of the 13th of March 2011 one of the most expensive catastrophes in history-Risk Modeling analysis consulting group.

-Then Richard Gross, a geophysicist in La Canada Flintridge said that the quake in Japan probably shifted the position of the earth’s axis about 6.5 inches.

-Gross also said that the temblor caused by the earth quake somewhat forced the earth to rotate faster, shortening the length of the day by about 1.8 microseconds.

-Parts of eastern Japan was moved as much as 12 feet closer to North America scientist said, and that Japan also shifted downward two feet.

-The most recent large earthquake in the Pacific North West occurred in 1700.

-This is Japans toughest crisis since World War II.

Shortly after the Japanese earthquake we saw civil and political unrest in the middle East  in places like Tunisia, Egypt, Yemen, Bahrain, Iran, Libya etc.Waw!What a mess!What a message.!

Is God telling the world something?Are these signs of the coming of the Son of Man Jesus Christ?Is the end of the world getting close?How eminent is the coming of the end?In Matthew 24, the bible says that we are gonna hear of rumors of wars.There is gonna be earthquakes in different places.Nations are gonna rise against nations etc.Matthew 24:3-14.Is today’s generation experiencing Matthew 24 come to pass in our very eyes?Waw!Or are we indeed gonna say “what a coincidence?”No! i do not think that there is a coincidence in all this!Matters are arising!In verse 6 of Matthew 24, the bible says, i.All these things must come to pass, ii.Then it says, but the end is not yet.The end is not yet?Why?Sounds like everything has already fallen into place for the Son of Man to come.I will give reasons later on why i believe HE has not come yet as i spell out the 7 things that the church must be or do before HE The Son of Man comes.Consider verse 14 of Matthew 24.

How about the tornadoes that later on came to hit cities in the USA in Alabama and Joplin in April and May of  2011?Just a month or so ago Hurricanes terrorized the USA all the way to Washington ,the East Coast, New York, Vermont etc.causing damage and casualties.Stay tuned.

THE TITANIC OF THE ECONOMIC COLLAPSE OF YESTERDAY ROWS UP IT’S SLEEVES AGAIN TODAY!:

According to an updated news in the AP of 18th August 2011, Morgan Stanley economists said that the US and Europe are “dangerously close to recession.”Am like well, we already had recession that went into effect in 2009.We have been narrowly getting out of it when many economists have predicted that “the economy is gonna get worse before it gets better.”By July of 2011 things began getting better economically when suddenly the question is, “is the titanic of another economic collapse of yesterday seeming to rows up it’s sleeves again?” The economy today seems to be controlled by debt crunches in some European and American banks etc. “I do not want to pretend that the market knows what it’s thinking about too much,” said David Kelly, Chief Marketing Strategist at JP Morgan Funds. “We live in an environment of sell now and ask questions later.”

7 Things that The Church Must BE or DO to MATTER or DETERMINE the Coming of the End.The coming of The Lord:

i.Preach the Gospel.

ii.Pray.

iii.Practice Purity.

iv.Practice Patience.

v.Participate in the Process that determines HIS coming.

vi.Be Not Deceived.

vii.Be Not Troubled.

Zambia is going for presidential and parliamentary elections this coming Tuesday the 20th of September 2011. Pray for peace and that Jesus be LORD in Zambia once again. As a christian nation, Zambia has denoted the christian declaration in the preamble of the nation’s constitution.Violence is a none christian attribute.

The Christian virtue is DEMONSTRATED by:  i. PEACE. ii. NONE RETALIATION. iii.ABSENCE OF CHAOS. iv.ACCEPTANCE OF DEFEAT while considering others rather better than one self.Let God reign in Zambia next Tuesday; let there be shouts of joy.Where there is neither victor nor villain, peace,morality, justice and freedom wins.God is not done with Zambia yet. I believe that the same God that has kept Zambia’s elections peaceful in the past will reign even more peace this time around IN THE NAME OF JESUS .AMEN!!!We Bind the Devil of violence in a mighty way in The Mighty Name of Jesus Christ Amen!!!
